This policy covers degibri.com and the official Eli Degibri Facebook Page and Instagram account (@officialdegibri), operated by Eli Degibri, saxophonist, composer, and bandleader.
What we collect and why
Instagram and Facebook: when you message, comment on, or mention Eli’s accounts, we see your message or comment and your public name and username. We use them only to reply to you and to manage and publish posts on Eli’s accounts.
Mailing list: if you join at degibri.com/join, we store your email address with Squarespace to send you news about Eli’s music and shows. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Website: Squarespace, which hosts this site, uses standard cookies to run the site and count visits.
Sharing
We never sell or rent your information. It is handled only by us and the services we run on (Squarespace and Meta), or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it to reply to you or to send you our emails. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Data Deletion Instructions
To have your information deleted, email social@degibri.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and include your Instagram or Facebook username or the email you signed up with. We will delete your information within 30 days and confirm by email. You can also unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in each email, and delete your own comments or messages directly on Instagram or Facebook.
